With over a decade of experience working with metal and teaching the next generation of welders in vocational schools, Paul leads the company in design, engineering, fabrication and production.

Being involved with construction from a young age, and serving his country with honor for nine years as a leader in the United States Navy, Jacob now plays a pivotal role in the company as an estimator, customer relations expert, and sales representative.
